Warranty Statement

At Gutter Masters of Central Florida, we stand behind the quality and durability of our gutter systems. We provide:

10-Year Labor Warranty: All installation work performed by Gutter Masters is warranted for a period of ten (10) years from the date of installation to be free from defects in workmanship under normal use and conditions.
20-Year Material Warranty: All gutter materials and components supplied and installed by Gutter Masters are warranted for a period of twenty (20) years from the date of installation to be free from defects in materials under normal use and conditions.

If a defect in labor or materials is discovered during the warranty period, Gutter Masters will, at our option, repair or replace the defective portion at no cost to the customer. This warranty covers only gutters, downspouts, hangers, and related components installed by Gutter Masters.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to damage caused by:

Acts of God (including hurricanes, tropical storms, hail, or other severe weather events)
Improper maintenance or neglect (including failure to keep gutters clean and free of debris)
Misuse, abuse, or modification by others
Settling or shifting of the structure to which the gutters are attached
Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic fading, scratches, or minor expansion/contraction of materials

Liability under this warranty is limited strictly to the repair or replacement of labor and material provided by Gutter Masters. No incidental or consequential damages are covered.

How to Request Service

1. Report the Issue: Notify us of any warranty concern as soon as it is discovered.

Email us at [email protected] with your name, address, date of service, and description of the issue.

2. Inspection: A technician will be scheduled to inspect the reported concern and determine if it falls within warranty coverage.

3. Resolution: If covered, Gutter Masters will repair or replace the defective labor or material at no cost to you. If not covered, we will provide a written estimate for any recommended repairs or maintenance.

GutterMasters did “alright”, 4 stars. Good: The price was fair/competitive. The product seems to be good quality. Not so good: -They didn’t center the holes for the front downspouts/rain chains. It looks fine/not going to notice from afar but, really? - They left trash on my roof, broken plastic from old Christmas light hangers (that I did ask for them to remove as they were up there installing…thought they we remove and put them in the trash though) as well as pretty large (several inches) scrap pieces of aluminum gutter material. Again, really? -When they installed the front rain chains one guy hung them in the gutter, the other one screwed it into the side inside of the gutter. Either is fine I guess but they hung differently, even ended up differently lengths, so they looked a little off compared to each other. Again not “bad” really I guess. But lacking the level of detail I’d expect. -We also had to reschedule the first install because the lead called out sick - ok, it happens. Then we had to reschedule the 2nd install because the first job ran late. The 3rd time they showed up a little late/past the window, and then had to run to Lowe’s to get more screws. At this point it doesn’t seem they are super well organized. Overall, we’ve got gutters, they work, I’ll fix the rain chains and sweep the roof this weekend. But overall left with a meh feeling, probably more than 3.5 stars but max 4 for sure.

We used Gutter Masters and they did a fantastic job for us. We had several screens that had torn or had holes and they changed it out and even created a door for us to be able to open when we are cleaning the pavers to make sure stuff didn’t end up in our pool. They are great and PJ stayed on top of the project to ensure we were happy.

Gutter Masters have done a few jobs for me besides two wind damaged Screen Repair visits. They installed new gutters, cleaned my gutters, repaired my patio foundation & leveled off my patio bricks that were sinking i to into the ground. All for a reasonable price on each occurrence. I was a customer of A0Clean Gutter, Inc for years and recently needed some changes made to a gutter. I called to discover that the company had become part of an umbrella organization and were no longer an individual company. It turmed out that my gutter work would be done by Gutter Masters. They were excellent through the process of giving me an estimate for the work I wanted, scheduling the appointment, keeping me informed when they had to reschedule, and doing an especially good job that included changing the original game plan for the better. They also did a few extra small things and cleaned off my gutters without charge. I would not hesitate to call Gutter Masters again if I needed gutter work. I recommend them without reservation. They do very good work and are very nice people.

After dealing with overflowing gutters every time it rained heavily, we decided to replace the entire system and install gutter guards at the same time. This company handled everything smoothly from the estimate through final installation. The crew worked efficiently, stayed respectful of our property, and cleaned up debris completely before leaving each day. What impressed us most was how carefully they checked drainage angles and downspout placement instead of simply rushing through the installation. Compared to our old gutters, the new setup handles heavy rain much better and already seems easier to maintain. It’s one of those upgrades we wish we had completed years earlier.
